The card is Mastercard-branded and can be used in Brazil and abroad. It has an annual fee, but you can get the fee waived depending on your spending.

How to request your Dotz BV International card
This card is issued by Banco BV, a privately held financial institution with locations in several Brazilian cities. It also has a website full of tools to serve the public online.
Banco BV performs credit limit checks using your CPF when you apply for this card. It then checks with credit protection agencies to see if your name is on the SPC or Serasa defaulters’ lists.
The institution has specified a minimum income requirement for this card, which is less than the current minimum wage, in order to reach the largest possible number of customers. This income is R$1,000.00 per month. Furthermore, if you wish to apply for this card, you must be at least 18 years old.
Present the following documents to request your Dotz BV card:
Photo ID or driver’s license;
CPF (Brazilian taxpayer identification number);
Phone number and email address for the bank to contact you during and after the application process;
Updated proof of residence;
Proof of income, which must be greater than R$1,000.00 per month.
Banco BV operates digitally when requesting a credit card, offering you two options: through the bank’s official website or via the Banco BV app.

Once you fill in your residential information, your credit analysis will be carried out and the bank will get back to you with a response.
When Banco BV replies, you will already know your credit limit and the estimated delivery time for your card.
You can download the Meu BV app and start using your virtual credit card even before the physical card arrives at your home.
When your credit card arrives, don’t forget to unlock it before making purchases. You can unlock your card by phone, through the Meu Cartão BV app, or on the website where you made your request.
Using the app
To apply via the app, you must already have a Banco BV account, as you’ll log in and request the card through your account. If you need to change any personal information, the bank will contact you.
But if you don’t have a Banco BV account, don’t worry! Simply download the Meu BV app on your phone; it’s available on both Google Play and the iOS Store.
After downloading, open the app and create your digital account, free of charge and using the same information you would use to apply for a credit card. Once done, go to the main menu and select APPLY CARD, select the Dotz BV International card, and proceed with your application.
Enter the information requested by Banco BV and wait, as you’ll receive a response regarding your card approval the same day.
You’ll also know your credit limit, as well as the delivery time to the address you provided.
Before your physical card arrives, take advantage of the opportunity to purchase with your virtual card, which you can request through the app.
